Our deli prepares all of our products on site. We use Free Bird chicken in all of our salads as well as the salad bar so customers can feel confident that they are buying the best quality available. We prepare our dressings using only first cold pressed Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Soybean oil. We do not use peanut or tree nut oils for foodservice in our shop. Customers ordering cold cut platters, sandwiches or panini will find that we use Boar's Head brand as well as our own "in house" roast Angus beef & rotisserie turkey breast. Need to bring a salad to an event?? Simply stop in and "create your own" custom salad. Top your greens with any number of fresh veggie toppings, nuts, cheese, seeds, fruit or croutons & toss with one of our home made dressings.
